MASCARPONE GLASSES AND CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
(for 6 cups)

250 gr. mascarpone cheese 2 eggs

100 gr.
sugar 50 gr. Water
50 gr. dark chocolate sponge
3 - 3 soft amaretti Redwing

Separate the yolks from the whites. Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes. Beat the egg whites, kept at room temperature for at least an hour, with a pinch of salt. HAMBURGER

For the birthday of my son wanted to make a nice cake, and then nothing better than a cake sandwich with lots of fries and ketchup. On the web if they are many, here is my own version .




Ingredients for the base ta tor :
(for a cake of 20-22 cm)

120 gr shelled hazelnuts and brown skins without
150 gr flour
50 g butter 100 g sugar

1 tablespoon oil
1 / 2 packet of baking powder vanilla
