Water Dunking Machine

RUBIK CUBE CAKE COOKIES CRISP CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY MOUSSE


delicious biscuits I used to serve the strawberry mousse, but also accompanied by a delicious cup of green tea, or Start pouring the day with a hearty breakfast

INGREDIENTS

250 g white flour

100 g caster sugar

25 g sugar cane

125 g of butter

1 egg and 1 egg yolk (save egg white for brushing the biscuits)

a pinch teaspoon baking

125 g dark chocolate chopped end

a pinch of salt

Put in a blender the flour and sugar, operate for a couple of minutes, add the butter pieces to form a flour, baking soda and then add salt and eggs until the dough will form a ball, finally put the chocolate.

Remove from the mixer, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours (preferably make the dough the day before).

static Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the dough and cut about 1.5 cm high in the preferred form. Brush with beaten egg white, which you should briefly with a teaspoon of powdered sugar or granulated. Bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper for about 15 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
